ABOUT ME
My name is Sally - I'm an experienced game industry leader with 12+ years of experience in video game development, the majority of the time spent in Production and Leadership positions running large AAA teams and more recently, running my own independent studio, Silent Games.
I've been nominated for or have won 15 different game industry awards, most recently winning the Women in Games Business Impact Award 2023.
I'm a friendly, down to earth yorkshire lass and have a passion for building the game development community in my local area and supporting both aspiring and current game developers.

I've been public speaking and hosting workshops for the majority of my career, and have been rated as a 5 Star Speaker for past talks. I have spoken at conferences, for community groups, for businesses and for schools, colleges and universities.
